Introduction

Welcome to DaoBot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DaoBot website, mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DaoBot ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You also represent and warrant that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. The Services are not available to users previously removed from the Services by DaoBot.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to connect your blockchain wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any activities that occur through your wallet.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when connecting your wallet
• Maintain the security of your wallet's private keys
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your wallet or other security breaches
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and information

StarPool System

DaoBot operates the StarPool system, a multi-level matrix system with 6 levels and a First In, First Out (FIFO) referral system. By participating in the StarPool system, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The StarPool system operates according to smart contracts deployed on the blockchain
• Level progression occurs when a level is filled, with users starting at Level 1
• After completing Level 6, users reinvest and start again at Level 1
• Rewards are distributed according to the system's predefined rules
• Certain positions trigger reentry instead of providing payments
• All transactions on the blockchain are final and cannot be reversed
• DaoBot does not guarantee any specific return on investment or profit

You understand and acknowledge that participation in the StarPool system involves financial risk, and you should not invest funds that you cannot afford to lose.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, or other third-party right
• Using the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services
• Attempting to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ
• Developing or using any third-party applications that interact with the Services without our prior written consent
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Engaging in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Encouraging or enabling any other individual to do any of the foregoing

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by DaoBot, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BLOCKCHAIN APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE EXPERIMENTAL AND SUBJECT TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, SECURITY RISKS, REGULATORY UNCERTAINTY, AND VOLATILITY. YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY, LEGITIMACY, AND AUTHENTICITY OF ASSETS YOU PURCHASE THROUGH OUR SERVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING INDICATORS AND MESSAGES THAT SUGGEST VERIFICATION, WE MAKE NO CLAIMS ABOUT THE IDENTITY, LEGITIMACY, OR AUTHENTICITY OF ASSETS ON THE NETWORK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DAOBOT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DaoBot, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DaoBot is established, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which DaoBot is established, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party, or us.
